This whole talk is a mindfulness exercise and meditation. Here, we step back from the mind and observe it's functions, how it works, how we can change it, and what is that which observes what it does. We begin to observe the observer observing, until only awareness itself remains. Jhana Yoga, direct observation of the self, as you are observing your self observing. This takes training, and that's what this class provides you. Enjoy.
